The City worked with several consultants during the Columbia Compass planning process. One Columbia for Arts and Culture facilitated the Amplify cultural planning process. Clarion Associates, PlanningNEXT, and BBC Research & Consulting developed the housing element. Kimley-Horn and 4-D Engineering developed the transportation element.
